Shipping Policy

We are committed to shipping your items out within 1-2 business days & keeping shipping costs simple and low. All U.S. orders of $45.00 or over (before taxes) receive FREE Shipping via USPS First Class Mail/Ground Advantage, Priority, USPS Parcel Post (for hand sanitizers with alcohol) or UPS, depending upon package contents, weight and location. All orders within the U.S. that are less than $45.00 will be charged a flat cost of $4.95 and also shipped via these same shipping methods.

Shipping is free to U.S. Military personnel with APO addresses who are stationed at bases around the globe. Thank you for your service! 

At this time we offer shipping worldwide at low rates. All orders ship to Canada at a flat rate of $12.95 via Global Post International or USPS First Class International. For countries outside of the U.S. and Canada, orders ship at a flat rate of $19.95 via Global Post or USPS First Class International. Depending upon world events or shipping issues, we may use another comparable shipping service. Shipping overseas usually takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks max, so please keep this in mind when ordering. **Note also that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

RETURNS POLICY 

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, you will be responsible for return shipment costs. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, Discover or MasterCard and American Express for orders placed online via our website’s secure shopping cart. To order using PayPal, a link will be provided during the checkout process. PayPal orders are shipped once payment has been completed through PayPal and funds have been credited to our account. You will receive an email notification of payment confirmation.
