Parker 100% Black Badger Bristle Shaving Brush with Blue Handle

Good quality for very modest price

This brush was a birthday present for my spouse. He used to wet-shave long time ago, and I wasn't even sure whether he would like to try doing it again. So - I bought him this brush. The soap I made myself. My spouse has been using this brush for over a month now. I asked him about it, and he said he was quite pleased. The brush is soft, but not too soft. Works up a good lather. Neither my spouse nor I have noticed any disagreeable smells coming from the brush. The bristles seem to be securely fastened to the wooden handle - if there was any "hair loss", it must not have been big enough to be noticed, or be alarmed about. So far, I haven't heard a word of complaint from my spouse. I think he actually likes it. I wish I knew what country the brush was made in, but I could not find any information about it on the packaging, or on the brush itself. Considering that my spouse is a person that is rather hard to please (and so am I, BTW), and he has not been complaining in any way, I have to give this brush a five-star rating.

The best shaving brush I ever used bar none. I highly recommend this brush.
