I like the big handle
Been using a Parker silver tip badger for the past ten years. Great brush but handle was too short for my huge paws. The generously sized handle on this makes it so much easier to firmly grasp while whipping up a rich later in the bowl. The picture misrepresents the size of the brush head. The picture is how it looks out of the box; after break-in, it expands into a much larger nice dense symmetrical mushroom cap form. The bristles create and hold an abundant amount of lather. Haven't noticed any loss of bristles. Great brush IMO.

Great quality and performance at a great price!
This is my third badger brush. My first was a silver-tip brush that my wife got for me. It lasted for 15 years. The next one was a cheap eshave brush that was rough and smelled like a wet dog for the first month or so that I used it. This brush is big and the knot is full. It holds a lot of water and lathers up nicely. It is soft and a pleasure to use. I have no doubt that a brush of this quality would sell for double the price (or more) if it had one of the big manufacturers names on it. It would probably triple in price if you were to buy it at Art of Shaving or Caswell Massey. I do believe that there are times that you need to pay more for a quality product. This just happens to be one of the times that you get great value at a great price.
